How to change/fix my caller ID *name*

A few of my friends have mentioned that when i call them the caller ID shows my correct phone number, but the name is wrong. It says some kind of company/business that I have no connection to and I've never heard of. how can I fix this????

I believe that is a carrier issue, I'd call your mobile carrier and have them look into it. There isn't an option in Android to change the caller ID name.

I don't think I have ever owned a mobile phone that had the correct name in Caller ID.

If you're on Virgin Mobile, you can change your caller ID name through your account online.
