How to change menu Font/Text Color

I feel really stupid asking this because it's probably something really simple that I am overlooking, but how in the hell do you change the color of the menu fonts....specifically the subtext under a menu option that gives the brief description of that option. For example in the following screen where is says:
Connected to.....
Notify me when.....
Etc.

All of my menus are like this. I thought i had found an option(all black text on white background) in Rom Toolbox, but it was just an app theme for Rom Toolbox. All system menus stayed the same.

If it helps, I am running Black Plague 1.2, Go Launcher EX w/ICS Theme, and the Fonts were set using Rom Toolbox.

My Menus were the same with other Launchers too.

Man shinyside and myself been trying to figure it out but no luck we are able to change the whole system font color but for some reason that secondary color won't change, if we figure it out I'm pretty sure we will post up
