Help How to change the location automatically?

Hi. If this question was asked 300 times, I apologize.

Does anyone know how to make the android incredible detect my location and update the time and weather for that location?

For example if I am in London, I can set my location to London.
If I drive to Cambridge, I want the android to detect that I am in Cambridge without me having to add a new location and display the Cambridge time and weather. If I fly to Dublin, the phone should automatically detect that I am in Dublin and display the Dublin time and weather.

Is that possible on the android incredible?

Can someone explain to me how to do that in simple easy steps? I am not a tech genius as some people here are

From the homescreen, go to Menu->Location and make sure those are checked. The Weather app should change it's location as it updates.
