Help how to change the samsung intercept software to galaxy's software?

I have a samsung intercept and just downloaded the cod elite app for it. It doesn't work cause the app only works for some androids including the galaxy droid. I was wondering if there was anyway to switch the intercept's software to a galaxy one, so that my app would work? Or any other ideas to get this app to work would be good too.
 
You mean like a ROM? Try CM. You have to be careful though, as rooting your device ends the warranty unless you are already out of warranty.
