Help How to completely wipe a DINC

I have a rooted DINC, I was wondering if there was anyway to completely wipe everything on the phone. I tried doing factory reset but superusers permissions still shows up as an app even though I wiped the SD card as well.

I want the phone to be wiped completely!

Anyone have any ideas?
