i use wifi explorer (i think thats the name)
It 'hosts' a wifi connection on the flytouch,then u log in with a browser using yr internal ip, there u can upload files.
Dropbox is a easy way to share files
there is a file manager (forgot name right now) that allows you to access yr lan also
I haven't tried to get a usb connection working yet
