Help How to connect HTC Eris to computer?

I know through USB, but normally when I plug it in, I can just slide down the notification bar, and select Disk Drive. This time I plugged it into the USB, and it didn't give me that option. What do I do?

Try pressing the menu button on your home screen and visiting Settings >> Connect To PC and checking your setup there. There's an "Ask me" option that you can check to make sure your phone will give you the option every time it's plugged in.

You can also try these things:

- try another USB cable with a mini-USB adapter that fits the Eris. It could be that the cable is faulty (even if it is charging)

- try restarting your computer
