I would like to copy a Scene and then modify it as it would be faster and easier. I have tried New Scene but the Home Page is completely blank, forceing me to replace every widget and shortcut. Is there a way to do it?

Nope I don't think so. Replacement launchers (Go Launcher, ADW, Launcher Pro etc.) can usually save their settings/preferences so your configurations are at least backed up. I use Go Launcher and I don't believe there's a way to copy and paste a scene. With Go Launcher it's pretty easy to add apps quickly to a screen since you can just check mark all the apps you want to place, then move them around.
