how to create a custom skin?

is there a way to create your own custom skins for sense 2.1?

I know there is the UOT website but what I want to do is create a skin where I can change the style of dock and can keep all sense widgets ect. Is this possible to do somehow?
 
in a word, no...not without being rooted and thats also the only way to use the UOT Kitchen as well.
BUT you can install different launchers such as GO Launcher. As to widgets there are many replacment apps with widgets similar to sense.
