Help how to create multiple user accounts

Is there a way to set up multiple user accounts? I'd like there to be a user login screen, that way each member of my family can log into his/her own account.

In other words, I want it to be similar to when you start a Windows machine (it'll ask you to select a user, then ask for the password)

I gues you are looking for Windows like user accounts. I don't know of any device based on Android that has this facility. The only thing you can individualise are mail accounts and even then the tab will automatically sync all mail accounts without user intervention, unless you select not to sync a particular one in the system settings. As far as individual per-user "desktop" settings are concerned - no, you can't.

I suspect tablet OSs were conceived to be linked to a user and not layed out for multi-user GUI variances.
