how to create your ringtone from scratch

I know that you can use ringdroid to cut the songs to make it a ringtones but I want to make my own, you know like a midi sequencer something of the sort, that lets me create my own ringtone from scratch using different instrumental sample so i can have my own personal ringtone
:) thanks for the help I was just wondering if their was an app for it,

I looked everywhere on google and all it says is on how to put songs on ringdroid

You mentioned using samples to generate your own sounds. Clearly out of scope for any on-device app.

Assuming you've done this kinda thing before on a desktop computer or a keyboard, you can continue to use the same process. Just convert your final audio clip into mp3 and put it on your SD card under /media/.

If you're rooted, you can put it alongside the system ringtones. I think it's under /system/media.

I turn any sound into an MP3 using goldwave on my computer. Then I place the MP3 in the following folder (I have no SD card): /sdcard/Ringtones

Note: if you place the ringtones on your SD card you will NOT be able to use them as ringtones when your SD card is mounted on your computer. Your phone will revert to the default instead. So, if you are like me and you often charge your phone on your computer, you would probably rather your ringtones on your phone memory.
