for all those asking what apps are safe to be removed from phone, here's a list i got from xda (the posters there said that the phone works perfectly even after uninstalling these apps; i haven't tried yet

How to:
1. If you don't see these apps in Titanium Backup, then use Root Explorer to move the files from system/app to data/app
2. Reboot
3. When the phone comes back, the apps can be uninstalled from the apps list (applications/manage applications/uninstall)
4. Remember to also clean out /data/data after removing these apps
You will free a lot of space in the internal memory after uninstalling.
