Help How to delete uninstalled but downloaded lollipop 5.0

I don't fully understand Samsung's numbering systems, but there's a "G900H" version of the S5 in China as well. It's not sold as carrier specific, but it's a WCDMA version, no "TD" modes, and so would be most suitable for China Unicom.

This Chinese G900H won't have Google apps and services on it.
When Samsung sent me a link to the models by country, the G900H had a list of about 8-10 countries. Israel was 1 I remember. Most were in the Middle East.

I never rooted it, & bought it new from a brick and mortar retail store.

You can definitely confirm that the KNOX is showing "0x0"? Because if it is showing "0x0" which should indicate it's not been modified and is original, yet you've got this "modified in an unauthorized way" error. There's something not right with it AFACT, you may need to take that up with Samsung.

If the KNOX is showing "0x1" or something, then that's definitely a problem especially if you've bought it new from a retail store, and haven't done anything with it yourself.

If necessary post some screen-shots of the "KNOX" and "Warranty void" counter status. And I believe these counters are not user reversible. There's an e-fuse that's permanently tripped with KNOX.

It seems G900H might be a general number for non-carrier GSM/WCDMA S5s in some regions. We got a PRC version of the G900H, and that one doesn't have the North American 3G bands AFAICT, no need for them in China. So there will be specific basebands in them. Plus also Samsung restricts where they can be activated and receive OTA updates, I believe the intention of this was try to and reduce the grey market in flagship Samsung phones. This basically means if you've got the US version G900H with forced updates from Samsung, it very likely won't receive any OTA updates if you try and use it here in Asia.

What does this mean? When I hit "install" after wiping the cache file, I got a message that my "operaring system had been altered in an unauthorized way." I never altered it. So what does this mean?View attachment 90642
