how to determine data usage

So I am on the 2gb/month plan and I was wondering if there was a way with the Cappy to determine how much data you are using per month.

There is a Very good app you can install called "3G Watchdog".
It runs in the background, but it will monitor all 3g Usage and let you know what your current usage is, and breaks out by day/week/month.

Very handy for anyone who wants to monitor their usage.
Even has the ability disable 3g via external apps should you hit your quota.

There is an AT&T app in the market to monitor this as well. That's the only app AT&T asks you to self install, and that's the only AT&T app I've not deleted, as it's actually useful.

or you could just call *3282# and ATT will send you a text of the amount of data you have used.
