Help How to disable startup music sound?

I hate the music that plays when you unlock the phone and the home screen opens, also the sound that plays when you update the weather. Any way to change this? If so, where and how do I do it? Thanks in advance for any help.

On weather pop-up - menu, settings, uncheck Sound effects.
