Help How to do a hard reset?

I'm selling my Hero and can't figure out how to do a hard reset...

the menu > settings > security > factory restore option isn't there... I'm assuming that's not the sprint version


Any help? Thanks

The options you mentioned above SHOULD be available in the Sprint HTC Hero. I am not sure why they were not there.

My factory restore option is under Privacy, not Security. Try it.
