Help how to do a screenshot??

I need to do a screenshot and I looked it up and apparently all you need to do is hold down the volume key and the power key at the same time, but this just isn't working for me. I either get the power off screen or the volume turns down or both. lol. I also tried to the home key with the volume down key with the same results. Is my timing off?? It doesn't seem like this should be that hard......thanks!

I think on Samsung it's Power and Home. Try that. On Most other phones it's power and volume down :thumbup:

Use the side of your hand and swipe from one side of the screen to the other. I always think of the song "Kung Fu Fighting" when I put my hand in this karate chop shape.

You'll need to make sure this feature is enabled. Go to Settings/My Device/ Motion and make sure that "Palm Swipe To Capture" is checked.
