How to downgrade the Motion PRl

Can someone put instructions on how to downgrade the prl of the phone? i wanna go back to 3031 because 3032 sucks!

You can do it with LGNPST software suite.

Or QPST, but you must use the latest version (2.7 Build 374).
I know QPST works because I just did this myself, don't know if LGNPST works with the Motion.

I've had no issues since updating to prl 3032. In fact, for me it's worked a lot better than 3031-faster download/upload times on the speedtest apps, more stability.

Perhaps it has something to do with location. I'm in Orange County, CA.
