How to enter download mode depends on if your phone has the 3 button issue or not.
If it doesn't have the 3 button issue, meaning your phone is working fine, then follow the instructions in this link:

If your phone does have the 3 button issue, just try to be patient until you get the official OTA JI6 update. JI6 will resolve the 3 button issue. Oct is almost over, so you should get it in no time.
