How to find "cards" in google search?

Noticed this card on google search page, under sample cards. Does anyone know how I can activate it?

Go into google now with long press on home button then select middle option. When it opens hit left (menu) soft key and choose settings, then select google now and scroll down to activity summary and select it, look to the top right of the window to see if the slider is set to on or off, I think it alerts every month.
