How to flash an update .zip?

So I just flashed the new Damage Control ROM (2.08) on my Sprint HTC Hero, and I wanted to flash the .zip file for live wallpapers.....how do I do this? Am I supposed to rename it as update.zip or something and put it on my sd card? and then what...?

you don't have to rename it and you flash it like if you were going to flash a ROM..
