Root How to flash?

I know there are people here wanting to know, So how do you flash something. Ie Reg's Kernal! Instructions Please.

Well, you're going to need to install the first version of CWM using Odin using the instructions from this thread. Once you have CWM (a custom recovery, used to flash the actual ROMs and my kernel, etc.), you need to boot into it (Power off, then hold volume down+back+power until you reach the recovery screen) and then you can begin following the instructions in the Stock++ thread (download the packages to your phone's sdcard, and flash the packages in order using the 'install zip from sdcard' menu item).
