I'm not rooted but i remember reading somewhere a really easy way to freeze or remove apps, only thing was that once you rebooted the phone the apps would be back but I don't mind re-doing it each time I reboot the phone since i only reboot about every 3 days. I just don't want to freeze apps the adb way because I'm still a noob and i still don't get how to install adb on linux.
thanks for the help!

Root your phone, download Titanium Backup, then you can freeze or delete

Cant root yet becauase I still dont know how to install adb on linux. I have a G2 and i dont wanna risk messing up my phone.

So any other ways to freeze while being unrooted?

No. Since you're making core changes to system apps, you need to be rooted.

Some phones root easier than others. I didn't need to use adb for mine.
