How would I fully reset my phone like as if I just got it new? Would it be the factory restore, recovery menu or something on the computer ? Its rooted now and I still want to root it after its fresh again. Thanks

If you haven't installed a custom recovery or deleted any system files/bloat, just go to Settings -> Accounts -> Backup and reset -> Factory data reset.
There is also a hard key combination that can do he factory reset but if you can access your settings it's easier to do it the way Darnell0216 explained it.

With a custom recovery installed, you must use that recovery's "factory reset" option and NOT the one built into the phone's menu (the instructions I first gave you).
