Help how to get back to first use?

My Y is rooted. I have less apps than my wife's Gio, but still, my internal storage is at 164MB (of 192MB) and hers (130MB of 182MB). How is this possible?
Tried everything to decrease internal usage, but I think maybe it is best to go back to the unrooted, as new, situation.

How can I do this?

I've found another solution:
titanium backup; apps+data backup; then back to factory setting; then with titanium backup fast put back all apps+data.
Result: now 80MB internal memory used instead of 164MB!
Tip: Have not put back the system data; which is where all the rubbish sit, I suppose.
