How to get camera back

Around Christmas i downloaded a Santa tracking app. When i went to uninstall it a couple days later it delete my camera off of my phone. When i go to manage app. it said in there but it is like it not active. would factory reset fixed my problem??

If it's showing in your manage Apps list then I would try a Factory Reset.

You may want to try pulling the battery and rebooting first but I don't think that will fix this.

I did this and it brought my camera back and now it wont let me call anyone or text. any ideas??

By "this", what do you mean? Factory reset? Battery pull? Did you put airplane mode on? Did you forget to re-attach your battery cover which has the antenna in it?
What exactly have you done, and what exactly is it doing now?
