How to get into Edit Picture mode?

Yes that worked! Found the APK file here:

Downloaded that, and email it to myself. When I clicked the attachment, it said I cannot install because it is from Unknown source. Went to Setting -> Security and checked to accept installation from unknown source. Try again and worked! Thanks! I cannot believe they made it so hard to install the app.

I downloaded from here:

and copied the *.apk to my SD card /download directory

Launched Astro File Manager (I installed this my self), and clicked on

"com.sec.android.mimage.photoretouching-1.apk"

and it successfully installed - and so far appears to be working successfully on my USA AT&T Note 2 (SGH-I317) !
