Root how to get live wallpapers back after you have rooted

can you use live wallpapers with go launcher I downloaded a live wallpaper but I don't know how to get the live wallpaper back

Depends on what ROM you are using. If you are using a stock ROM then they should work just like they did before you rooted. If you are using CTMod, CM7 or 1 of the other ROMs, check the removed app folder in the OP of the ROM. Some of the DEVs remove the live wallpaper apk. You will need to add it back to your ROM if it has been removed.


Try long-pressing your homescreen, then select wallpaper then live-wallpaper.

You can also just go to settings-applications- all
Then just look through the apps for live wallpaper and live wallpaper viewer.

OK, you are gonna need to download the removed apps zip from the CTMod thread and then pull the live wallpaper apk's from it. You are then gonna need to put them on your sd card and install them.


Give me a minute and I'll hook you up with something easier

Download this and put it on your sd card as is. Then boot into recovery mode and select install from zip, then select choose zip from sd card. You will then choose to install it. Reboot your phone and you'll be good2go.
