Help how to get pre installed apps back?

hi all,
I had recently changed my SD Card, and I had accidentally formatted the old SD Card. There was one dictionary database on the card, which I am not able to find again. I dont know where to find that dictionary again, the apps is installed but the db file is missing.

Does anyone has the db file or at least a link where i can download the db file.
