Well, one way is to go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications, find your app, and tap it. Before you uninstall, take a peek at the other application options that are available there. Handy info to know. If your phone ever seems laggier than usual, you can try clearing the cache of your browser(s) and market(s) with these options. Those are probably the biggest cache hogs on your phone, can get far larger than they probably should, and take up large chunks of memory.

There is also an app from the market called "uninstaller". If you are lazy than you can use that app.
