Root How to Get stock ICS lock screen??

Yes if your rooted use Root Explorer or any other file manager go into system>apps>rename htc lockscreen and put .bak at the end.

To be clear only change in the name should be the .bak at the end

I just went ahead and deleted the HTC Sense Lockscreen using Titanium Backup (with a nandroid backup freshly done, of course) and rebooted. Viola! Stock ICS lockscreen.

(Though joshua's post is best practice -- that way you can revert back easily in case something goes wrong, but I will say I haven't noticed any problems having just deleted it altogether)

Renaming apk works, but on my phone that also messes with the call answer screen. Instead of htc incoming call screen i get regular ics lockscreen...had to reinstall back.

Yeah I think that's an actual intentional feature, if I understand right. You have to unlock before you can answer to help prevent accidental answers. I like it, but your mileage may vary
