How to hide the status bar without root

Find and download the app ultimate task killer it is a green flaming skull open it and scroll down to status bar hold touch status bar and then touch kill then touch force close not kill and then force close it and your status bar will be removed from everything until restart also use overlay digital to still show the time and charge left I put mine on the middle bottum overlay digital app will show clock in games also

Id rather just use a launcher or rom. Nova Prime will hide it on homescreen and use a gesture to show it if you want. Go Launcher will do that for free.
If you dont want a statusbar ever and youre rooted i think you can uninstall it.
I think the statusbar and notification panel are one of the best things in android though

I do as well but this is a guide for people that want more room like for Netflix and other things its the only non rooted way to remove the status bar from everything just thought I'd share
