Help How to install an Exchange work email?

I am trying to sync up my work email with my new 1st gen. Droid, and I'm running into a few brick walls. I'm trying to do it manually, but it keeps giving me errors. What information would I need in order to sync my email?

Just now, I installed an SSL certificate, hoping that would help, but it still doesn't work.

Please let me know if I need to provide any additional information to help solve this!

I'm no droid expert, but I thought one of the big features of my Droid2Global and the Droid Pro was Exhange support.. Pretty sure you need Android 2.2, as well.

I believe you don't need 2.2 to sync email with Exchange unless you have specific security settings on the server that aren't supported until 2.2. Are you sure you are typing in the server and domain correctly? You may need to check with your IT department to verify you have the proper settings, and then after that maybe we can help you here if it still doesn't work.
