[rfrayer]

Ive been looking around and still haven't found a working gingerbread combination (just plain preference). I guise what im asking is if anyone has the links to the fallowing for boost.

(Decent Gingerbread Rom)
(Gingerbread Modem)
(Gingerbread CWM Kernal)

Thanks in advance. I just am not big on the newer os's lol I still run ubuntu Hardy, Windows XP and Mac Leopard

Boost never came w/gingerbread, but if you still want to flash gingerbread you will have to deal w/the Sprint bloatware.

Here is a working Sprint GB Rom. Modem is included in the rom.

And here is a working CWM repack kernel.

Good luck!

will mms work?

I wouldn't call ICS new.

Only once you edit the settings to reflect the MMS server info for Boost

Since GB is for Sprint and you're in the boost network, you will have to fix MMS settings to reflect Boost as Code said.

EDIT: You can make a copy of your current settings located in /system/ect/apns-conf.xml, create a flashable.zip w/the .xml inside and flash it after flashing GB rom.

or you can fix it manually: [FIX] Working MMS for TW JB Roms

Good luck!
