Root How to install the recovery for the casio G'zOne CA-201L

Dear all,
I have a wonderful CA-201L with firmware 4.0.4 and I rooted it successfully but... I would like upgrade the firmware to 4.1.2 and I don't know how to install the recovery to flash the firmware, can you help me?

Easiest way is to down load flashit from the play store and use that to flash the recovery from Doctoror's original post.
