Help How to Install Tiuchwiz on Droid X

Does anyone know how to install this Touchwiz apk on the Droid X? [MOD] TouchWiz for Froyo FRF83 - xda-developers

Does it even work? I downloaded it and my Droid X said:

There is a problems parsing the package.

installed it on my rooted x w/ leaked 2.3.9. w/ out problems. downloaded the apk file then mailed it to myself. used it for few minutes then went back to adw i think adw has more to offer ....launcher pro too

Wow..touchwiz is awful, imo. Amazing people would actually want it

i liked twiz. i could see myself putting it on my X. though the droid x UI is pretty darn near vanilla.
