Help How to make a group email contact

I am an EVO noob. In my bb I was able to make an email group and send my photos to that group. This would send it to the various places I needed it to go. I have made an email group but when I try to email to it, I get that it is not an email address.

How do I send a group email? That is, how do i type in one group name and send the email to several addresses?

I know how to email or text a group that I create in android but I want to know how to select several pictures and share/email those to a group that I have created
