Help How to make bookmarked web page an icon on phone?

Long press where you want it.
Select Shortcut from the Personalize popup
Pick Bookmark
Tap the bookmark you want.

You can also do it by long pressing on a bookmark in Internet then picking Add to Home screen, but that method doesn't put the web pages icon in the middle of the home screen icon, it just uses a generic bookmark icon.
