I did this and I'm not really satisfied. At first I had some real problems, Linpack scores got up, sure, but in reality, the phone got incredibly slow. It was so slow that I couldn't really use it for anything. Got errors about apps not responding all the time and, well, overall the phone was just not working.
I cleared the cache which helped and the phone became useable again. Soon, it slowed down again. I uninstalled autokiller and autostarts (which I had just installed), which helped a lot for some reason. Now the Linpack scores are higher than ever, but the phone doesn't feel any faster. The battery doesn't seem to last as long as it used to (which wasn't too long to begin with) and I don't feel any improvement in speed. Also, I just noticed that my phone didn't recognize my sim card. After a reboot everything was back to normal, but I still don't see any benefits. I don't know if this was because of this update, but it hasn't happened before so I thought they might be connected somehow.
Long story short, how do I uninstall this garbage and get my phone working as well as it used to? Or alternatively, how do I get this to work as it should?
Edit: Oh, and i did have a rooted phone with samdroid kitchen mod before I installed the turbo mod and it was working pretty well, I only want to get rid of the turbo mod!
