ok after alot of looking around i finally got both working on the flytouch3 superpad2
for youtube download mini and skyfire browsers, then open mini and search for youtube play a video and an option will pop up asking you to choose which to play it with youtube or skyfire choose skyfire and thats it, quailty ain the best but still it works.
for angry birds you need to remove your sdcard and install the game via android market from your browser not the market app. this is how i got it to work and im sure its probably how many other games may work too!
as for this floating around : YouTube-Vimeo-Video-Browsing-App-.apk-Download-for-Superpad2-Flytouch3
it does work with limited youtube videos and to use the search press the menu button top on your device .
dont expect the new firmwares due to fix youtube as its a flash problem so hopefully adobe or microsoft with silverlight sort that soon.
