Is there way to make pointer which works with xperia play because my fingers are too big and i have problems using some .swf games which involve clicking little buttons. My mother's phone have little plastic pencil which can be used to work with the touchscreen but i tried and it did not worked any tips how to make custom one ?

Google stylus for capacitive touch screens.....they are pretty cheap. Or stick some crayola model magic on the tip of a pen tube

is there video that shows how to make one that acts as real pencil have same size as the pencil's head i need something quite "sharp" or little w/e should i call it

I suggest searching you tube there are a few different kinds. I'm going to make this one since I have a couple of pain in the @ss spots on my screen and use a small tubed pen to make it smaller. Or I will buy one from ebay for a buck.
