How to manage contacts properly - need advice

Hello all. I was hoping for some advice on how to manage my contacts. I have a hotmail account, personal Exchange account, work Exchange account and Gmail. My personal Exchange account is my MAIN acct. I am using Touchdown for me 2 Exchange accts. My problem is that I now have duplicate contacts throughout the phone. Is there an easier way of managing my contacts? I do not want to give up my personal Exchange acct and just use Gmail. Thanks!

I use Gmail personally and do not use Exchange, however in People you can choose to only view contacts from certain sources (People > Menu > View). I would assume you could un-check one of your accounts so you don't see duplicates.
