Anyone know how to mark messages as unread, or read in gmail? I use this function a lot, but it appears to be gone? I also hate having the archive and delete buttons, is there a way to turn them off?

There is an icon at the bottom that looks like a closed envelope. Click that and it will toggle read/unread. Took me a while to figure that out as well.
