Help How to move apps into different order?

I am new to the android world and I just need to know if there is something i can download onto my laptop to move my apps into the order i want them instead of having to do this on this handheld as it would be more time consuming.

I'm kinda confused on what you're asking. If moving them on the homesceen is your issue you just long press and drag it to where you want. Other than that, the app drawer is arranged alphabetically and unchangable to my knowledge.

Some launchers allow for a different configuration of the app drawer; horizontal, different row and column counts, etc.

But, as nklenchik said, the home screen (and whatever other, adjacent screen you want app icons on) is a different thing, where you can arrange them to your taste.

from your app "button" use the setting button then edit. long hold the one you wan and move it where you want it! if you want to move say the blockbuster from page one to page 2 long hold with one hand and move the screen with the other hand!
