Root how to move apps to sd after sd partition.

i searched and couldnt find anything based on this issue

i installed fresh evo .3 and its running great. i forgot to partition my sd card before i installed all my apps. so i setup partition, is there a way to move the apps to my sd now or do i gotta start all over?

what steps did you take to setup partition...and exactly why did you have to partition the sd card?
 
^ Yeah, me, too...I'm still confused as to how this whole ADB works. I write what I'm told to write in the command prompt, and it doesn't do anything. It's always like, "Can't find location, does not exist, wrong syntax," blah, blah.

Also, is there any way of even getting this on the Baked Snack ROM? I've tried partitioning my SD card twice (512 mb, 0 swap) and it doesn't seem to do anything, which is a pain because it formats the card and I have move everything back onto the card. I have Root Explorer, so I can manually move my files over there, but then of course it gets rid of the app.
