Yes just download an app then place a shortcut. Sorry but I can't give you an exact app name.

long press on desktop-->shortcuts-->settings-->battery use

Thanks! I tried it quite a few times last night, but just *could not* find it. But then again, my wife says I can't find the socks in the sock drawer.
