How to properly ROOT your HTC Hero Sprint..

The number 1 step is to buy a bag of Sand..

1. You open the bag of sand, take some out and you set it next to your HTC Hero Sprint phone.

2. You sprinkle some sand on it every 15 secs, make sure it's 1 Tbs of sand. Anything more will brick your phone.

3. Once you know there's enough sand, you can actually use a shovel to remove the sand from your phone.

4. Do not try to throw your phone in a sand box, it will not work.

5. If you followed all my steps on how to root your phone the properly way, your will see that your phone has been rooted.

Thanks 702, I totally forgot about that..

People please use water for the root to take place...

702 ...now that the Kernel is out, will we have a new updated version of Fresh 1.1 ROM or what?

but a new fresh rom would be nice....I can already see it...fasssssssst!

A lil fertilizer can work wonders on getting a phone rooted too! Somethin about the high nitrogen content makes these phones' software seem so light and zippy once rooted :)

Ok so I just did this. How do I know if I"m rooted or not? I keep getting and error every time I pour the water on it?? PLEASE HELP ME........ Am I mounting my shovel right???

When I try to take a screen shot it just looks like ink on the screen.

Actually bricking ur phone would involve dropping a cinderblock on it after pure frustration trying to root but come back with errors again and again :D
