Help how to put original firmware back on

Hi all,

Some time ago I flashed XXKI3 onto my SGSII.

I now want to return it to the original firmware so I can get OTA/Kies ICS update.

Er.. the only thing is I cannot work out how to do it, where to find the files etc.

I have had a search on the web but am just getting more confused.

Can anyone help at all?

PS I could flash ICS myself but I think it's better to have the official one?
