how to re-install android on my device

Hello all,

My table is not booting up after I formatted the root folder, is there anyway I can re-install the operating system because I think I formatted it with d root folder. The details of my tablet are below:

1. Manufacturer - (Mercury)
2. Model - (mTABneo2)
3. Software version - (2.2)
4. Specifics of the problem - (I mistakenly formatted the root folder and it won't boot up)
5. Specify if the phone is rooted. If you don't know then
it probably isn't

not much help from here but you may want to check out XDA and see if they have something to suggest. With that being a basic unknown brand you're not going to find a lot of help for it. best of luck
