Help how to re-install this icon ? widget ?

So I goofed an accidently deleted the profile button/icon (see attachment) from my screen.

Is this a wigdet ? If so, how do I get this "profile" button back ?

I checked the htc widgets and can't find it.

Any suggestions ?

Go to "Add Widget", then go to "Settings"...its in there.
